Starting at 7 PM Central on Sunday, ChibiBritt promises a BRAND NEW V-Kei and J-Rock Show! Then at 8 PM Central, the JRHorse Side Project will be hosting a contest to mark the end of its fourth season here on KNR. And YOU could be a lucky winner!!

As some of you may have realized, we are running short on funds. While Keiichi-san normally fronts MOST of the costs for the station, we still depend on our listeners to not only bring more people here, but also to help us stay on the air. The donation meter in the upper left corner is not just for decoration, it shows you how close we are getting to meeting our monthly operations expenses each month through donations, and as of late, we simply have not been getting much support! Internet radio is in danger of becoming EXTINCT!
The U.S. Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) has just issued a decision on the royalty rates that webcasters have to pay to record labels for the period 2006-2010.
The rates are so high that they exceed 100% of most webcasters' total revenues, and over 1000% of KNR's total revenues! If the CRB's decision stands, the retroactive portion for 2006
alone will bankrupt virtually all independent webcasters, including Keiichi.net Radio.
Furthermore, the CRB's schedule of huge annual increases in the rate will probably drive most other Internet radio stations off the air as well.
